Carlos Aguilar Match Race

The St. Thomas Yacht Club and the Virgin Islands Sailing Association together believe this is one of the sport’s most unique match races, as it pulls together the best attributes from many other events and combines them into one of the best sailing venues in the world!

The Carlos Aguilar Match Race is sailed along a seawall in downtown Charlotte Amalie with the courses set less than 50 yards from the spectators allowing for fantastic action views and race interaction.

The 8th annual Carlos Aguilar Match Race (CAMR), presented by the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism and set for December 1 – 4, will be the 5th and prestigious finale event of the 2016 Women’s International Match Racing Series.
